1. In general
We do not collect your personal information unless you choose to provide that information to us. Your information will never be sold to third-parties. All email addresses will be kept totally private. This means that we won’t publish or sell them, and will only use them to contact their respective owners. By entering an email address, whether your own or someone else’s, you grant us permission to use them. We won’t spam anyone, but be prepared to receive an occasional email about our event.

1.1 Information collected and stored
We use Google Analytics to analyse the visits and visitors of our website. When you browse through our website, certain information about you can be collected. We automatically collect and temporarily store the information about your visit. The information includes your request, time and path followed on the website, IP address, browser type and language, device, and the date and time of your request. We use this information for statistical purposes and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.

2. General information about the use of cookies
Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer or mobile device that enables our web features and functionality. The use of Cookies also enables you to easily share interesting content from our website with your friends from any social media network. We are using two types of cookies: persistent cookies and session cookies. Session cookies are stored for the duration of the current session, i.e. usually for the visit to a website or until you close the internet browser. A persistent cookie remains in your browser and permits its recognition when you return to the website. This allows us to improve your access to our website.

2.1 Controlling cookies
Most web-browsers allow you to control cookies through their setting preferences, so you can prevent storage of cookies by choosing a 'disable cookies' option in your browser settings. But this can limit the functionality of what we offer and provide on our website as a result. So if you do not want to receive cookies, you just have to change your browser settings on your computer or other device you’re using to access the internet. To be assured that you have disabled cookies you will see an opted-out cookie on your browser-device. In this case we will be unable to set cookies to your device next time you visit us.

If you use our website without changing your browser settings, we will assume that you are happy to receive the cookies that we use. Please note that our website will have limited functionality when cookies are disabled on your device.

2.2 What kind of third-party cookies do we use?
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies stored on your device to enable analysis of website usage by you. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. In case of activated IP anonymization on our website, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases a full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of us, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this website, compile reports about website activities, and provide us with further services related to website and Internet usage. The IP address sent from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google.

You can prevent storage of cookies by appropriately setting your browser software; in this case, however, please note that you might not be able to fully use all functions offered by this website. In addition to refuse the Google Analytics cookie by changing your browser settings, you can prevent data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plug-in from the following opt-out link.

3. The communication between us
Should you have any questions you can contact us at any time via email. We will save your message in order to reply as quickly as possible and to track and improve our support service. Your information will only be used to process your request.

By subscribing to our newsletter your email address is only used to send a newsletter to you. Cancellation is possible at any time by clicking on the link that you will find in any newsletter.

We take every effort to protect the information we collect. The safety of your information is fundamental to us. However, methods of transmission over the Internet and electronic storage, can never be a hundred percent secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee that your data is absolutely safe. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
